Refund Policy

All pass include a non-refundable administration fee of 25$.

Refunds (before the beginning of the season) or credit (on a pro-rata basis) may be requested only for serious injury, major medical, or family relocation reasons (proof required).

Refunds or credit will be based on the purchase price of the pass, less the 25$ administration fee.

No pass refund will be given once the season has started. Credit or partial credit towards other pass products may be requested in these circumstances.

Passes not picked up may be exchanged for partial credit toward pass products for the same or next year.
